FC Slovacko is een Tsjechische voetbalclub uit de stad Uherské Hradiště. De club is in 2000 ontstaan uit een fusie tussen FC Synot uit de stad Staré Město en FC Slovácká Slavia Uherské Hradiště met het doel voetbal op het hoogste niveau te brengen in de regio. In eerste instantie heette de club FC Synot. Na een aantal turbulente jaren en een naamswijziging in 2004 (van FC Synot in FC Slovacko) lijkt de club nu een stabiele factor in de hoogste klasse van het Tjechische voetbal.
Het eerste elftal van FC Slovacko komt momenteel uit in de Tjechische eredivisie (Synot Liga).
FC Slovacko O16 heeft 4 keer eerder deelgenomen aan het BSC Unisson O16 toernooi, met als hoogste notering de 3e plaats in 2011. Vorig jaar eindigde men op de 5e plaats.
FC Slovacko is a football club from the Czech town of Uherské Hradiště. The club was founded in 2000 as a merger of FC Synot and FC Slovácká Slavia Uherské Hradiště with the goal to play football on the highest level in the Slavacko District. In the beginning the club was founded as FC Synot. After a few turbulent years the club seems to be a stable factor now in the premier League of the Czech Republic football.
The first team of FC Slovacko plays in the Czech Republic Lremier League (Synot Liga).
FC Slovacko U 16 was 4 times participant in the BSC Unisson U16 tournament, with the 3rd place as the highest ranking in 2011. Last year they ended in 5th place.
